At WPCREATES, we want our customers to be confident in their purchases. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, returns, and warranties may apply to both digital services and physical products.
1. Digital Products & Services (Cloud POS & Web Design)
a. Cloud POS Systems & Software Licenses
All sales of software licenses, setup fees, and subscription-based services are non-refundable once activated or delivered.
If there is a technical issue preventing proper use of the software, our team will provide support to resolve the issue.
b. Web Design & Hosting Services
Web design payments are structured in phases (e.g., deposits and milestone payments). Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, only the unused portion of prepaid fees (if any) may be considered for refund, at our discretion.
Hosting and domain registration fees (purchased via Hostinger on behalf of the client) are non-refundable, as they are governed by Hostinger’s policies.
Website Maintenance & Annual ChargesWPCREATES offers website maintenance services, which may include security updates, content updates, backups, and technical support.
Maintenance is charged on a yearly basis, and the fee will be clearly stated in the official quotation or invoice.
Failure to renew maintenance on time may result in limited support or suspension of certain services until payment is received.
Annual charges for hosting and domain renewals are separate from maintenance fees and are also payable by the client.
2. Physical Products (POS Hardware products)
a. Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products that are used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return unless defective.
b. Defective or Damaged Items
Customers must notify us of defective or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or details for verification.
Approved defective items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
c. Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers bear return shipping costs.
For defective or incorrect deliveries, WPCREATES covers return shipping.
3. Warranty for Hardware
a. Warranty periods for hardware products vary and will be clearly stated on the official receipt at the time of purchase.
b. During the warranty period, defective hardware may be repaired or replaced, depending on the product and issue.
c. Warranty does not cover:
Operating systems, third-party software, or any software installed by the customer.
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or accidents.
Normal wear and tear.
4. Refund Processing
a. Refunds (when applicable) will be made to the original payment method.
b. Processing times vary depending on banks or payment providers.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Digital services once delivered (e.g., POS setup, subscriptions, or completed web design work).
Hosting and domain name registrations.
Customized or special-order hardware products.
